Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened items in original packaging can be exchanged or refunded.

• Damaged or wrong item: we replace it free of charge.
• Opened food, treats and medicine cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method or as store credit within 5 working days.
